- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

- Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges Policy

- Exchanges are accepted for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

- If the replacement item has a price difference, you will be notified about the additional payment or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide details of the issue along with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
